Members and Visitors

When you register and join the KarmaBook services, you become a "Member". If you have chosen not to register for our Services, you may access certain features as a "Visitor".

Your Account

You will keep your password a secret.

You will not share an account with anyone else and will follow our rules and the law.

Members are account holders. You agree to: (1) try to choose a strong and secure password; (2) keep your password secure and confidential; (3) not transfer any part of your account (e.g., connections) and (4) follow the law.

Sharing

When you share information on our Services, others can see, copy and use that information.

Our Services allow messaging and sharing of information in many ways. Information and content that you share or post may be seen by other Members, Visitors or others (including off of the Services). Where we have made settings available, we will honor the choices you make about who can see content or information.

We are not obligated to publish any information or content on our Service and can remove it in our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Disclaimer and Limit of Liability

NETWORK not responsible for material posted to this social media site and does not guarantee the content, accuracy, or use of the content in this site. NETWORK does not in any way endorse or recommend individuals, products or services that may be discussed on this site. NETWORK specifically disclaims all liability for claims or damages that may result from any posting on this site. NETWORK accepts no responsibility for the opinions and information posted on this forum, and such opinions do not necessarily reflect the policies of NETWORK.

NETWORK has a policy of non-tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

By using NETWORK User agree that will not:

• post any Content that is hate speech, threatening, sexually explicit or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
• post any Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
• solicit passwords for any purpose, or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users or disseminate another person’s personal information without his or her permission.
• use another user’s account, share an account with another user, or maintain more than one account.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The User and Network shall carry out to their best in order to settle any disputes and discrepancies that might arise by means of negotiations. If no consent can be reached the disputes, and in case of disagreement the disputes shall be subject to proceedings by the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine, Kiev city, in accordance with its Regulation with the application of the material law of Ukraine, the number of arbitrators is one. The dispute language shall be Russian. This provision has a force of arbitration clause;
